Fourfold and Swiss Food Research launch Call for Alternative Proteins

Are you ready to shape the future of alternative proteins?

Swiss Food Research and the Fourfold Foundation are pleased to launch an Open Call for Applications for the Innovation Group Proteins4Future.

This research call involves a six-month program to support the development of innovative projects on alternative proteins along the value chain. The scope includes breakthrough innovations on in the areas of plant-based protein as well as biomass and biotech solutions.

Through this project, we aim to nurture early-stage, pre-competitive ideas from the Swiss Food Research community and provide essential support to transition them into market-validated products. Two projects, selected by the Jury, will receive full access to a six month mentoring program and innovation funding in the amount of CHF 25’000 per project. The winners will be announced in December 2024.
