Fourfold enters the CEE region with the Positive Futures Award
Across Central and Eastern Europe, a new generation of ventures is emerging, creating innovations in food systems, nature-based solutions, and the circular economy. Many show strong early traction and a deep commitment to creating positive impact for people and planet.
Yet one challenge remains: turning this potential into investable growth. Access to the right kind of capital, at the right moment, is still a major barrier.
In line with its new strategy, Fourfold is providing targeted support to unlock real momentum for impact ventures in the CEE region. We launched the Positive Futures Award to support two high-impact enterprises to take the decisive step from investment readiness to successful fundraising.
The Award was presented by Fourfold Program Manager Lena Gampp at re:Marc in Budapest on 18 June 2026. Lena says, “This initiative reflects Fourfold’s commitment to the CEE region, not only to support promising solutions, but to create a more investable and resilient impact ecosystem.”
Fourfold’s Positive Futures Awardees 2026 are:
- Recycllux (Romania) is transforming marine plastic waste into valuable resources through innovative software and technology for measurable and traceable impact.
- Holy Pulp (Hungary) offers nutritious treats for pets from leftover pulp from juice production.
As prize, the winning ventures receive tailored fundraising support from FASE, a leading European impact finance advisor, to help turn investor interest into a structured financing process.
Congratulations to the Positive Futures Awardees, all the winners at re:Marc and the 2026 cohort of the Marc Programme.
re:Marc is an event of the Marc Impact Programme, a joint initiative of ERSTE Foundation, ERSTE Social Finance Holding, IFUA Nonprofit Partner and SIMPACT.
