A Message from Our Board

The Thomas Schmidheiny Family’s history has always been deeply tied with its community, both at home in Switzerland and abroad. A strong sense of responsibility for the welfare of others has been ingrained over generations.

Today’s pressing challenges demand that we look at the world from the lens of justice: one that gives people equal opportunities to life, to dignity and to prosperity. One that equitably protects people and nature. One where we can all experience wellbeing and abundance in ways that respect all forms of life.

Through Fourfold, with the four siblings comprising the next generation, we aim to not only give back, but to live up to our role as humble stewards of our family’s legacy.
